Melkon has 21 years of experience in the Information Technology and Banking industry. He is a technical delivery lead responsible for defining solution architecture and roadmaps in a global context. His successful execution of contract management has a proven track record of managing and monitoring budgets, forecasting capacity and resource planning, building and leading effective technical and functional teams, ensuring scope control, implementing total security and compliance requirements and delivering high-quality large transition projects on time and within budget to a client’s satisfaction.

Melkon’s key specialities are IT Transformation Design and Implementation, Program/Project Management, Client Management, IT Business Alignment, Internet Banking and Custom Application Development. Melkon graduated from Istanbul University in 1996.
