Serkan Susantez

Serkan is a Technology Architecture Delivery Senior Manager with more than 14 years of experience in the IT Industry.

He has eight years of development experience with packaged and custom applications in the BSS/OSS domain. He has performed end-to-end delivery with different technologies and designed and delivered a platform or product’s architectural components (i.e., development, operations, execution, application). He has implemented activities to maximize efficiency through architectural optimizations, eradication, and enabling automation.

Serkan holds an MBA from Baskent University and BS in Computer Engineering from Baskent University in June 2005.
